Digital media, also known as electronic media, works on digital codes. It uses the binary numeral system, "0" "1" which represents data. It is also a form of art. First an artist would create a piece of art by hand, then he/she would re-create the piece of art on the computer to either enhance the artwork or combine it with two different styles to make a new masterpiece.
